I openly admit my dislike for Jesse...Topper,

I openly admit my dislike for Jesse Crain but with all these cheaper, better options in Rochester he still looks like good trade bait to me. Another thing that would help out is to sign a veteran starter (Jarrod Washburn) because this adds more depth to the starting rotation and bullpen as well.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4445586961714975337.post-16996596649688710932010-01-11T01:37:11.076-05:002010-01-11T01:37:11.076-05:00Good to see you post something other than a "...Good to see you post something other than a "Get To Know 'Em!" interview :-P

Unfortunately with Condrey, while he has provided good ERAs over the past few years, it's come with a ton of baserunners. At least he should only be fulfilling the Keppel/Bass role...which means he'll be pitching in some tight games if we know Gardy. Uh oh.

It would be too bad to see the Twins trot their minor league starters out to the bullpen over guys like Rob Delaney and Anthony Slama. By the way, I would like to be the first (well, second after you in this post, Topper) to say that Crain is NOT that bad.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
